Thank You Neojedigoddess! I overheard a nasty (nasty behavior that is) make a comment to her new tennants (who didn't even know me yet) make a hurtful comment about the condition of my home on that day ...people, words do hurt!

Why thumbs down?? I have Fibro and CFS..I know what I'm talking about..I know in America is the health system very different but the illness is the same!!

BIG TIP!! Follow this..It is working wonders for me! Don't eat to much sugar, fruit, milk, cheese or chocolat, everyrhing that has the color red is bad!!! This causes infections in the body and U and me, people with fibro don't have a normal immunsystem! If you can walk every day 2 times for 10minutes, only if you can! I'm going to a new doctor in Belgium..and i'm feeling so much better... looking for a treament. Everybody stay strong please!
