I sit here monday morning..just got up..my legs barely carry me....my neck and back are killing me...but it's the start of another week...I babysit my grandaughter...I have errands to do....it's all the same just like last week...sometimes it does feel like I am just going through the motion.....it's easy for people to forget..you just keep reminding them....you hurt...you have pain and it's real.....what is your support system like???

I totally agree with you.....when people see me walk sometimes it's obvious that I am in pain.....I am sorry you are having such a rough time with this condition....by all means go ahead and cry...a release like crying isn't a bad thing ... do you have a good doctor?......you sound like a determined person-and that's a great thing to have-attitude...you have to try your best to keep that up...it's hard...

and it isn't easy to fake being healthy, at least for me the illness isn't always so invisible as it is for some. I know sometimes it will start to show in the way I move, and I'll just start to look sickly, people start to notice. I also have some other health issues which don't help, I think that fibromyalgia and other illnesses can sort of amplify each other.

I have fibromyalgia too, and it is hell. I'm a young adult, haven't been working long, I was either in a wheelchair, or had to use a cane for quite a while. I got well enough I could walk without aid, but now I have to fake being OK at work, I feel like screaming and crying but have to act like the world is all sunshine and rainbows. I'm terrified that I will get to the point that I can't walk any more again, and lose my job, and end up just totally screwed.

There is a bacteria called Lactobacillus found in it which your body can use. We need these good bacteria for digestion and for the absorption of nutrients in our bodies. When ever you take antibiotics they can kill a lot of these good bacteria in the stomach. Fermented cabbage juice also has a chemical found in Sam-e which is another component that helps. It smells like a sewage plant because of the sulfur smell. It doesn't taste bad it just smells bad. Do a search for fermented cabbage juice.

oh wow, that sounds horrible...lol...what are the properties of cabbage juice...I don't think I have ever heard of this....I am interested...

That is a very interesting hunch you have there.....I have not had a hysterectomy but that doesn't mean it's not true....food for thought...very interesting. |
